What does a Job Cost Accountant with Paul Davis do?

Manages all phases of the job costing and oversees data input from other team members.
Controls financial processes and oversees expenditures for accuracy.
reports and forecast on current financial trends of the business
Oversees business insurance, licensing for vendor and regulatory compliance.
Prepares checks and documentation for vendors and tradespeople.
Participates in the collection process, including making collection calls and placing mechanical liens when necessary.
Produces reports from Quickbooks as necessary
Maintains good customer relations to detect and resolve issues and concerns.
